The Delaware Division of Arts (DDOA) serves as an information resource for the arts, including information about arts events, grant information, opportunities in the arts, and workshops.

"Artline," produced and distributed in collaboration with the Wilmington-based News Journal, contains feature articles on the arts. The publication "Artline" appears as an insert in the News Journal.
