The Delaware Division of Arts (DDOA) provides a variety of services for artists, arts organizations, and the general public. The Division provides financial, technical, and professional assistance to arts programs, individuals, non-profit organizations, and other government entities.

This roster features talented Delaware artists in every discipline. Each artist entry contains information including a description about the artist and his or her work, availability, audiences served, technical requirements, and fees.

All Division of the Arts grants are available online for downloading. All grants have an Information and Instructions document, and an accompanying application form.
 
Mailing Lists
Join our mailing list
The Division of the Arts maintains a database of more than 10,000 entries, including artists, arts supporters, arts organizations, community organizations, and educators. Individuals and organizations can be added to the mailing list.
 
Mezzanine Gallery
Aritst of the Month
The Mezzanine Gallery, located in the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, features one-person exhibitions of Delaware artists.

Visual Images Registry
Information/Application

Professionals in the visual arts who are Delaware residents, at least 18 years of age, and not enrolled in a degree-granting education program, may establish a file in the Visual Images Registry. The Registry is available for review by artists, curators, art consultants, collectors, architects, and others who are interested in artists' work.
